Rise and Shine Kindergarten features age- appropriate indoor and outdoor learning spaces with natural lighting designed to stimulate curiosity and exploration. The centre encourages ongoing professional learning for all staffs, supporting engagement in workshops, training sessions, and reflective practice. The setting has 9 classrooms which includes four nursery rooms, three toddler rooms and two preschool rooms. The ground floor has all 4 nursery rooms with 1 toddler room for smooth transition for children along with a large modern kitchen that provides nutritious meals daily. The first floor has 2 toddler rooms and 2 preschool room with big outdoor space. With a licensed capacity of up to 155 children, the service operates under the provision of regulation 123 (5) of the Education and Care Services National Regulations NSW (2011), which allows flexibility in exceeding the maximum number of children under specific circumstance.
